i have filled all the details in 3B and offset was successful.and submitted. but was not filed.
i forgot ITC claim. can i change.

No, We can't amend GSTR 3b.
Also can't modify...

Better claim missed ITC in next month return.

You can't ammend submitted GSTR-3B , now you have to file it and claim it in next month
