Gstr 3b access denied

Couldnot access the returns dashboard. received the ARN number and Status is MIGRATED. kindly help to file the returns GSTR3b while logging in to the GST portal, it takes to Application page, only..Could not access SERVICE menu, returns DASHboard- receiving error Message - ACCESS DENIED Your session is expired or you don't have permission to access the requested page. Click here to Login.
