What will be penalty if gstr3B of Jan 2018 is filling today? Rs 5000 as total or Rs 5000 for Sgst and Rs 5000 for Cgst

Liable for Penalty in both head..

per day Rs.25 cgst and Rs. 25 sgst from due date till date of filing. if its nil return then Rs. 10 each

Totally Rs. 10000 (CGST Rs. 5000 & SGST Rs. 5000) if It's other than NIL return...

If Nil return then Late Fee Payable Rs. 4240 (CGST Rs. 2120 & SGST Rs. 2120)
