I have tax credit on sales return which more then Output tax on sales . How can I show in GSTR 3B ??

I have a query.
Taxable turnover should be shown after deducting sales value from taxable supply so Tax effect also give like that but a system can not allowed figure in negetive
you have shwon in input tax cloum.
