GSTR 3B
I want to file GSTR 3B for the month of April 2018, In April I have sales value less than the credit notes issued. The net effect of outward taxable supplies is getting negative due to this. I can not show negative sales in 3B, so kindly suggest what to do?

You can show the Credit note value in "All Other ITC" Column if Your sales figure is fall under Negative...
Mr. shailesh file GSTR 3B for the month of April by considering your credit note equal to sales value and remaining credit note carry forward to subsequent months

I agree with Nutan. this is a best option as of now as there is no negative values are accepted
Mr. Vikram if you consider as input then how you will match GSTR 1 for April month and your party has uploaded in GSTR 1 as debit note not has sales if you consider as input

I would also say you should mention it under all other ITC
Show such tax amount in clubbing with input of that month in all other ITC Head
