GSTR 3A notice for 2 Cancelled GST Numbers

I have received 2 notice for 2 GST numbers I have cancelled a year ago. I have received this notice on 10 January 2020 for not filing GSTR-3B return

I have cancelled first GST on May 2018 and second on November 2018. I was unable to login to my GST accounts after I cancelled GST registrations

But today i received notice so i tried to login and it logged in. So, i filed 'nil' returns for due GSTR-3B return. But i am afraid i might get penalty due to late filing

Will i get penalty or will it be waived off as i filed return after notice immediately?
