We have filing our GSTR on time, and even for sep 2019 have filied our GSTR 3B on 08.11.2019 itself. But, unfortunately we have received Form GSTR 3A, notice for non-filing of GSTR 3B for Sep., 2019.. Our status is showing "Filed" in GST portal. we have already itc is avalible so we adjusted sep 2019 due. what to do reply for notice.

You should have valid invoice to claim credit but normally we don't check whether it is valid invoice or not, as per my understanding its a case of fraud he has to remit the same to govt otherwise he will be liable to pay penalties
If you have filed the returns, just ignore it.

If you have filed all your Returns, then simply ignore it. Don't worry. You will be having the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT REFERENCE NUMBER ( ARN ), which is a conclusive evidence of filing GST Returns.
I have also received notice but I have apply already cancellation application in 24.02.18 my status is inactive ab mujhe kya Karna chahie password aur userid bhi reset Nahi hoti
