I Filled GSTR3B for the month April 18 as on 19.05.18 the auto populate challan generate the late fees of Rs.75 + 75. Last date of filing is 20 May.The sight under maintenance from 3:15 to 4:00 pm yesterday.I file return near about 4:10 yesterday with a late fee.Can it reverse automatically to cash ledger.Please advice me.

Yes , the return get filed only when all liabilities are setoff
but the last date is 20 may and fees charged on 19 may.
I think the late fee is of march returns. You might have filed march return delay by 3 days. Please check it. April 18 return due date is extended to 22 may 18
Yes , late fee is demand by portal in next 3b , vinod ji is correct it must be of march 18
