GSTR 2A reconciliation
Is it really required to reconcile gstr 2a with the ITC availed under gstr 3b for gstr 9 and 9c purpose for FY 19-20 ?

yes one should reconcile 2A with ITC taken, In case one has taken excess ITC as compared to 2A, department can disallow such excess credit taken. Proper reconciliation will only help you to prove that ITC taken by you is genuine.
