Couldn't download the GSTR 2A data from GSTIN Common Portal.And also Uploaded the B2B invoice data from tally(Jason File) Using with offline tools.

U can download the file after 20 minutes of clicking the download buttton
This Technical problem faced by me also on Monday (08-04-2019).
