it is not yet started , it just new function provided

Its started.. Go to GST R 2A Retrun dashboard, and click on GST R 2 Option.
Then New window will open.
This option is available since GSTR-2A is introduced.
But, Can we file GSTR-2 now ? . Because GSTN has not told to file GSTR-2
