GSTR 2 Issue,

Dear experts,
We filled July month GSTR 1, and also all the invoice reflecting to party in gstr 2 , but it has no option given to accept, reject and pending to my counter party, all counter party called us regarding this, so we called to dep't regarding this, the dep't said us, you had submitted but not filed gstr 2, then we mailed screen shot of filed gstr 1 to dep't along with acknowledgement receipt no, but till now(after 72 hours) we have not received any reply from dep't, what will I do?
