No more notification about GSTR 2 and 3..
But, In my view.,
The GSTR 2 and 3 returns will be forced from FY 18-19. Also from April returns...
In case my assumption is correct we don't want file GSTR 2 and 3 for the FY 17-18...

Yes that might be the official's move... waiting for the clarification.. 
If gstr 2 & 3 need not to file dan dey should allow to revise gstr 1.
