When we checked GSTR 2 DRAFT file B2B, it shown me counter party submit status column, somewhere yes, some where no, what is meaning of this? Please explain me

You can check after 10th October for the month of July 17....

Sir, we checked after 10 oct it reflecting same problem
My question is why it reflecting 'no' in counter party submit status in gstr 2a?
