1.I am not able to trace GSTR 10 form under Returns tab in GSTR tab. How to file GSTR 10.?
2. Is CA certificate mandatory for filing NIL GSTR 10. Since the tax payer is service provider and has no stock details.

1. GSTR-10 (final return) Navigate to the GSTR-10 page.
Go to Services>Returns>Final Return

CA Certificate is not required if you are filing NIL GSTR-10. CA Certificate is required only when you have closing stock with you and the same is being declared in Final Return GSTR-10.
CA certificate is required only in case, don't have proper bills for the goods in stock .
You will find GSTR 10 in your portal only if your cancellation of registration is approved by the deptt, otherwise not.
If your GST cancellation is accepted by department then you can file GSTR 10 ..
Moreover, no CA certificate is required for nil GSTR 10
