i need Help Regarding GSTR-1 if we supply Material to Tax Deductor (Government) where we have to show in GSTR-1 (B2B or B2C others) because if i was entered in B2B in GSTR-1 it is showing error.

You have show this bills in B2C. Because government departments didn't have any PAN they have TAN. i.e. tax deductor so there GST no will not effect in B2B.
