Gstr-1 save/action counterparty error

Dear Sir/Madam,

I trired to file july GSTR 1 but the same message Error! GSTR-1 Save/Action on Counterparty Invoices/Submit are not allowed for current date, Please visit https://www.gst.gov.in for details on GSTR-1 timelines.is showing what i have to do 

Once July Month GST process will complet afterthat only open the Aug-17 GSTR1 Return but the time limit was redued

What about GSTR 1A? It has been added today in morning itself. Is it for accepting/rejecting Invoices uploded by receiver in mismatch invoices section of GSTR 2?

IS THERE ANYONE HAVING AN SAVE/ACTION ON COUNTER PARTY INVOICE SUBMIT ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR CURRENT DATE ERROR WHILE FILING GSTR 1 FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY.

i am facing this same problem for the month of july
