Wait and file GSTR 1-July return From 1st December

Today (17-11-2017) we tried to submit GSTR1 for the month of  Aug-17, But the portal posted with eroor as  Error! GSTR-1 Save/Action on Counterparty Invoices/Submit are not allowed for current date, Please visit https://www.gst.gov.in for details on GSTR-1 timelines. As per the communication we had, the last date for filing GSTR1 for Aug-117 is 31-12-2017.

The issue is  due to to some of our suppliers/vendors has not been submitted their GSTR1 for Jul17.

Please clarify.

Even now the portal is showing the same error. The due dates for filing GSTR-1 till Mar'18 is notified subsequently to 23rd GST council meeting. Still it is showing the same error.

Dates for Gstr1 return are disclosed now ...GSTR-1 return from july17-oct 17 is to be file b4 31st of dec....

Yes, today also we are getting the "Counter party" problem

I Want to Know ,what is last date of GSTR 1.

When on portal it is being stated that last date for July to Sept/Oct for GSTR-1 is December 31st then why after login it fails.

Is it the problem at GSTN or with the software which INFY is developing and they are failing to update the system.

It is the problem with the idiotic Governemnt we have in place. 
Has to rush through everything without systems in place.

If Infosys is failing, their is a reason to that. Most of their 1300 crores have gone in greasing palms of powers that be. (M. J, S, A etc etc...)
No money left for software developers.

Yeah.Even i am facing the same problem.
