Dear All, Month of Dec-17 issue the service tax invoice, tax around Rs.10000/- ,the amount paid.The invoice cancelled inthe month of Jan-18 end.again issues the one more invoice, tax comes around Rs.12000/-.Now filed the GSTR-1 month of Jan-18. How to entered the GSTR-1 .Pl.clarify

Once You are filed your GSTR 1 return with Invoice then You can't cancel any Tax Invoices...

But, You can Prepare Credit Note for previous bill. Then You can give new Tax Invoice...

So, Go to give Credit Note and Next will give new Invoice...

If you have cancelled the invoice, then show fresh invoice of Rs. 12000 in GSTR-1 and in documents section show other invoice as cancelled. In next month GSTR-3B, show tge difference in taxable value and tax amount if Rs. 2000/-

Once shown the invoice then can't cancel the invoice. Only way of preparing "CREDIT NOTE"...

in case any changes made then prepare "REVISED INVOICE"...

CANCELLATION NOT AVAILABLE IF FILED...
