one party has wrongly opted for monthly filling of GSTR 1 instead of quarterly filling of GSTR 1. Can now he can opt quarterly filling or he has to wait till year end.
Option once opted cannot be changed for that particular Financial Year. You can change it only in the beginning of the FY. So you need to file Monthly GSTR-1 for FY 2020-21.
