Currently GSTR 2 is not available on gst portal.
If any of the Purchase bill not showing in Your GSTR 2A then Go to consider the details with Your Supplier...
After consider then Force to filing his GSTR 1 return with Your purchase bill...
After consider then Force to filing his GSTR 1 return with Your purchase bill...
Tell the supplier to account the invoices in GSTR1.
