I am trying to file gstr 1 using offline tool. every time I upload json on gst website, error appears "file could not be processed. download latest version of offline tool....."
I have already downloaded 3 times latest version and json created through new version but it is still showing same error.
how to correct this error ?

Remove all cache files and temporary files and try again ..
If it is urgent then go with online mode

Because of high volume of transactions in B2B section, it will be difficult to go for online.
I didnt face any issues while using GSTR-1 offline utility. Check whether gstin month and other details are correct.
There can be issue with system configuration..

Change the browser and download utility again. Then you can try.
Check the internet speed also.. Low Network speed also can be the reason for it
You can generate error report and download it
