Gstr 1 dsc in chrome

I HAVE INTERNET EXPORER 9 BUT IN LOGIN IT IS NOT WORKING, I DOWNLOADED FROM NET BUT WHILE INSTALLATION IT IS NOT SUPPORTING.

COULD YU HELP ME IN GETTING INTERNET EXPLORER 10 +

SEARCH CMD (COMMAND PROMPT) AND RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

Type the following line in cmd and press enter

netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenport=1645 listenaddress=127.0.0.1 connectport=1585 connectaddress=127.0.0.1

You are basically port forwarding. The GST site listens on only specific ports. It does not listen on 1585

OPEN NEW TAB AND OPEN THIS LINK https://127.0.0.1:1585 ON LAST ROW CLICK ADVACNCE OR Click Proceed to 127.0.0.1 (unsafe) – (This will show This page isn’t working no need to worry)

RUN EMSIGNER AS ADMINISTRATOR AND TRY TO REGISTER DSC SHOULD WORK

1. Type in browser https://127.0.0.1:1585 and hit enter > you will the error message window

2. Click on advance

3. Click on Proceed to unsafe.  After clicking this option you may get an error or it will search for this address but that should not be a problem.  wait for 15 seconds.

4. Unplug Digital Signature from your pc(if already plugged in) and plug it again.

5. Try signing your return with digital signature now.

We are facing similar issue.  We have tried the steps you mentioned above but still getting the same error.  Could you guide us on how to resolve this?
