GSTR 1 APRIL and MAY 2020
Whether it is to file April and May 2020 GSTR 1 Before June 30? In notification mentioned that late fee will be applicable after June 30. Whether it is started to collect late fee for GSTR 1?

Late fee still not started on portal for Gstr-1. advisable to file. before 30 june.

At present there is no late fee for belated filing of gstr1
@ krisshnan sir, legally there exists late fee, however, manner of payment of late fee in gstr-1 is not available. Nonetheless, department may ask taxpayer to pay late fee at the time of Departmental audit. this was what practically happened in one of my clients.
