Online means sale through Amazon, Flipkart goods return by customer
If the sale is Your wise then You can prepare credit note and show the same in GSTR 1 return...
Sale through E-commerce is reported in Under B2C table 7 , hence reduce sale return amount from B2c sale in current month & show the netoff sale in GSTR 1
