I have one question regarding gstr-1 is gstr-1 due date is 15/2/18. so, if i filled on 16/2/18. so, any late fees is chargable or not.
or late fees is only on gstr-3b.

Late fee is applicable on all gst return... It will be showing in ur gstr3
but gstr-3b is already filled for october and november only december pending.
But gst-1 pending from october, november and december.
Because due date is 15/2/18. so, i ask late fees is also charged when gst-1 filled.
Yes late fee Of Rs. 50 payable at the time of filling final return of gstr3 regarding late filing of GSTR1
but i opted for queterly reurn and my gst screen show only three reurn like gst-1, 2 and 3b.
GSTR3 is final return... In which ur sale and purchase and tax liability and tax paid is reflected as per ur GSTR1 GSTR2 GSTR3B.... Window is not opened this year for GSTR3.... Later it will be filed for every quarter

But, so, if i have filled gstr-1 on today. so, i will liable to pay late fees or not for this time.
In GSTR1 there is no option for late fee... It will be reflected in ur GSTR3... INGSTR3 automatically calculate late fee and interest if any... If u hv not deposited tax within due date then interest is also leviable in GSTR3... At That time u hv to clear all ur pending liability.... GSTR3B is just a provisional return.... This time GSTR1 Is filing after that GSTR2 window is opened then GSTR3

so, At this time gst-1 screen shows last date 15-2-18. so, it should be extended or not.
Because gst-2 screen not allowed to submit the return.
Gstr1 is unable to file return?? I hv to check... Last time this is not happened
