How can I file GSTR 1 nill return?
And is it necessary to show quantity and hsn wise summary for small tax payers as they won't keep any record of quantity??

u have to maintain such records showing calculation for ur details in returns under section 35 or else have to face the consequences under gst audit if u cross such limits.
