Yes contact the jurdistion officer as told by Mr kamlesh.
kindly cancel that registration and take a new registration. but the issue faced here will be that the effective date of registration will be from the month you take the registration which means you will not be able to file returns for the previous months i.e. from July 17 to May 18
As per my view ,if the officer fails to issue the Gstin no within 3 days of application , then it means Gstin issued automatically , provided the officer ha not objected your application in that 3 days period, In your case Ask your concerned officer for Gstin no, as 3 days already over, or call the helpline or message them through Gsy Portal
