I got the press released on same with syllabus :

I saw on NACIN web site but exam may be for cover under rule 83 (1) sub rule (b) of CGST rule 2017 .
But nacin site is not working

BUT STILL ITS PRESS RELEASE & ITS NOT AUTHENTICATED UNLESS UNTIL A CIRCULAR OR NOTIFICATION IS ISSUED
So those covered under Rule 83 (1)(b) i.e. those covered as under existing law as Sales Tax Practitioner or Tax Return Preparer for not less than 5 years only i.e. those who have completed 5 years or more are required to answer on or before 31.12.2018.
So they need to enroll and answer on 31.10.2018.
For others they can answer on later date. For them time limit of 31.12.2018 is not applicable.

Gstn exam registration portal will be opened on 25 Sep for registration for exam @ 500 fees.
Max marks mein marks 100 50%passing marks 2 hrs 30 minutes duration. Online exam.
