GSTP Exam. Is it compulsory for all (including already received GSTP certificate with category of CA,Commerce Graduate...) or only registered under the Sales Tax Practitioner and Tax Preparer.

Yes , As per proviso under sub clause (3) of rule 83 , its compulsory
