what should I do.

Is your mobile number registered with GST..?
if yes, Than you can change your password through mobile number also.
Your advocate (Lawyer) was filing your Return or CA..?
if yes, Than you can change your password through mobile number also.

You can do it so by contacting your superintendent in your jurisdiction. Request you to kindly go and meet them and tell your query. They need to upload few documents and this can be done.
