GSTIN SUSPENDED 08.07.2022

As per GST Law, Proper Officer ask the registered person to explain, with in period of 30 Days, as to why your registration shall not be cancelled.

Revocation application can be filed only after cancellation of the registration. In your case, it appears that your GSTIN has been suspended due to non filing of returns for 6 or more months. In order to remove suspension, you are required to file all pending returns and pay all taxes including interest, late fee, penalty etc. for the relevant period. Filing of returns should result in automatic withdrawal of suspension. But to be on safe side, you are advised to submit online reply to the notice issued by the department.
