Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the Goods and Services Tax (GST) valuation when a supplier provides a new UPS and takes back an old one. The core question is whether GST applies to the full value of the new UPS or the net difference after deducting the old unit's value. The consensus is that GST is typically charged on the total value of the new supply, including the consideration for the old unit.

GST is applicable on 65000/-
Thanks pankaj sir on what rate applicable
