for the month of august purchase bills are not yet received...sales is done out of that purchase...n so output tax is coming of higher amount...which is required to be paid for month of August... as credit is not available....
is there any solution for this..????

If credit is not available, then you have to pay the gst amount.
credit is available not blocked...... but purchase bills are coming late...so this month if I pay such higher tax...that much amount will be blocked ....

cash rebate is available to them..on some specified quantity...so for that cash rebate they r accumulating bills...n will issue that in September

there is no way you can avoid fund blockage till 20th of next month.if this is a general practice of your suppliers its not prudent
Finally, possible to take August month invoices for the month of September... Right ahhahh
The supplier might have uploaded GSTR1 by 10th Sept if his T/o is more than 1.5 crores and same will reflect in your GSTR 2A download it and take the credit of same amount and file the return
