As per my view.,

First of Which Goods and Services under RCM basis the said Goods and Services is basically exempted In the hands of Seller / Issuer. So, The said Supplies is not Taxable...


2. RCM not applicable. No need to pay GST Tax under basis. It's exempted In his hands.


1. As per latest Amendment* If said Supplies received by URD then it's exempted. No more tax liability...
