GST under reverse chargemechanism
If the former produced taxable products but the former is unregistered person- the buyer purchased products from Farmers and the buyer is a registered person - who could pay the GST either purchaser or former- if there is revesecharge will be applicable or not

Purchaser liable to pay gst
Purchaser is liable to pay gst in reverse charge mechanism if goods or service or both are purchased from unregistered dealer, and purchaser will given input tax credit on such tax paid in reverse charge.
