Ravi notified means corporate cooperative societies firm etcetera
kyunki aam admi bhi GTA service leta hai toh kya vi bhi registration krega

who are notified....??
till now only services related to real state sector has been notified through notification no. 07/2019-Central Tax (Rate) ,dt. 29-03-2019 kindly refer to that..

casual taxable person who are unregistered need not to register in case of reverse charge mechanism
