GST Turnover limit

as we know the new f.y. begins, therefore the option to select GSTR-1 monthly or quartly also comes. My query is that if i have two branches one in delhi & second in UP and expected turnover in the coning financial year are as below
Delhi- 90 lakh
UP- 75 lakh
so kindly tell me if i have to consider the turnover of rs.1.5 crore whether consolidated turnover has been considered or seperate turnover has to be considered??
