If any assessee fails to submit some documents while filing GST Trans-1 return but the figure of claimed ITC is correctly submitted the what are the consequences and further in what ways these can be submitted now?

no, issue sir , if u have the proper documents & ITC is claimed as per the document then need not to worry, Just make the reconcilation.
