u hv 2options:

Apply of Letter of Undertaking and

2) export goods outside India, such supply will be treated as Zero Rated Supply and no taxes to be levied.

3) export goods outside India with payment of IGST and u will get refund of IGST post export subject to data validation by Customs.

If you want to sale as merchant export. GST rate will be 0.10%, and it will be treated as merchant export.
