Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether all GST supplies should be treated as accounting turnover in the profit and loss statement. It explores the accounting treatment for deposit work, suggesting it might be recorded as a liability and executed work as an asset without impacting the profit and loss account directly. The consensus is that GST supplies should indeed be considered accounting turnover, particularly for reconciliation purposes in GSTR 9C.
