Quick Summary
If your GST registration has been cancelled suo moto due to unfiled returns, you can still file the pending returns. It's advisable to file all returns up to the cancellation date first. After this, you'll need to apply for revocation of the cancellation. Once the revocation is approved, you can then proceed to file any remaining returns up to the current date.

He can file directly all pending Returns, and than after apply for revocation...
File all Returns as earlier as possible, as if you filed returns on or before 30th September, 2020 than late fee is capped to Rs. 500 per month per return and No late fee for NIL return.
After 30th September, 2020 late fee as per normal rule applicable.
Yes because of the scheme only he is filing the returns thanks sir for prompt revert...
You can file the returns prior to the period in which it is cancelled by sue motto. After filing that you have to apply for revocation then only you can file for the rest of the period till to date.
