Hello,
Can anyone able to file Gst Returns.. I am getting message as
"Something seems to have gone wrong while processing your request. Please try again. If error persists quote error number GSTN-EXEC1003 when you contact customer care for quick resolution."
Is anyone facing these problem?
FOUND THE SOLUTION!
ONCE YOU SEE THIS ERROR, CLICK THE BACK BUTTON ON THE PAYMENT PAGE AND THEN AGAIN CLICK PROCEED TO PAYMENT AGAIN.
IF ERROR REAPPEARS, REPEAT THIS PROCESS FEW MORE TIMES.
AFTER 3-4 TIMES OF CLICKING BACK AND PROCEED TO PAYMENT OPTION, "PROCEED TO FILE' LINK WILL BE ENABLED ON THE LAST PAGE WITHOUT THIS ERROR.
