GST returns For Health care Service Providers

Hello Friends ,
Health care services providers are exempt under GST ,

let's Assume A multi speciality hospital having separate GST no. for pharmacy and no canteen facility.
but they having GST Registration,in this scenario is they have to file GST returns if yes ,how they will file is it Nil return ?

please explain some one .
