GST returns filing
Can GSTR can be filled without CA. That means can a person file his GST returns by himself without CA.

Yes..... anyone can ie Taxpayer, Accountant, GST practitioner, CA can file GST Return , there no restriction.
No restriction for filing GST Return ie Taxpayer.Accountant,Tax Consultant,Tax Practitioner,GST Practitioner, Chartered accountant etc can file it.But all of them have deep knowledge in GST Act and Rules time to time and also Knowledge in Computer.
It's all about reporting value you can substantiate with correct reporting and paying timely due. However, GST conceptualized knowledge required.
