I registered on GST Portal on 23-4-18 and got the GST number. My question is when i have to file the GST return. As till date i have not issue any sale/purchase bill. I want to file Nil return this month. Please tell me which Return i have to file and when

Sir registered as Regular taxpayer and turnover is less than 1.5 crore (just started business)

Sir As i got the GST No. on 23-04-18 and let assume i chose quaterly return for GSTR1. Then when i have to file GST 3B. Shall i have to file GST 3B for the month of April too

Sir, Yes Since there are 7 days remaining in the month of April 2018, you have to file GSTR-3B for Apr 2018 on or before 20th May 2018.
GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 should be filed even for nil return.
