Hi Arun,

GST filling is mandatory whether you have transcations of the business or not.

File NIL Return if no sale is made in a particular month. Filling GST Return is mandatory.

Yes

If you dont have transcations (sales) in the same month.NIL return should be filed otherwise how the Govt will know whether you have sold ot not ?
