I run a website and charge my customers consultancy fees relating to gym workout diet chart etc as a freelancer. what GST rate should I apply to them and also which GSTR will I file and how . My annual income is less than 10 lakhs.

Your anuual trunover is less than 20 lacs , so no need to register and charge GST . (Rs 10 lacs turnover is for special category states)
