We applied for a new CO. incorporation. We submitted Agil form for GST registration number and new bank account.
The company had been incorporated and got certificate of incorporation but GST number and bank account is still pending. We raised a ticket in MCA portal for clarification of GST number and bank account details. They replied necessary information has been forwarded to GST authority and once they update the matter will be communicated to us and regarding bank account they say account has been created and bank communicate us. We got company incorporation certificate on 22/06/20
and the other matter is lying still pending in MCA portal. Please advise what to do.

I don't think anything can be done now. you can approach to GST office of your region to find out the status and follow up.
There is a delay in allotment of GSTN registration as department was not working due to lockdown & auto approval within 3 days also keep on stay.
Now auto approval within 3 days started, So,, All Pending application for GST will be cleared as earlier as possible

Because of lockdown, many GST Registration Application for pending for processing with the GST Department.
An Instruction was issued by the CBIC to it's Officers on 17th July 2020 regarding "Removal of Pendency of Registration Application filed during COVID Period."
Therefore it is clearly written in the instruction that all the Application pending for processing as on 30.06.2020 will be regarded as "DEEMED APPROVAL" by virtue of Section 25(10) of the CGST Act 2017.

And what about bank accounts details, from where we can get details, because mca is saying that bank will approach us, and the portal in mca says bank accounts is already created
