Gst registration rejected by the officer

I have applied GST registration
for labour contractor after 5day sto raised the query photo of premises
I have upload all documents like photo of premises and form c
ofter that by telephonic conversation by the inspector for spot verification
verification is done by the inspector
after that again call by other inspector for again verification
no reason gst rejected by tax officer
no any reason I have also done aadhar anthenticaton
